"Thank you so very much for giving me the time to breathe.  Since I have become a mother my life has always been happily dedicated to my children.  Now that my daughter is fighting her brain tumor and in treatment, I feel her pain and want to give all of my love and support to her daily.  I would never stop doing it, but I do become tired and forget about myself.  Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be myself.  It was truly appreciated. “Thank you for a wonderful evening.  We really appreciate your generosity and thoughtfulness.  It was a lot of fun talking and laughing with other parents.”

“My daughter has a pontine glioma. Since we have been given this devastating news, we have not left our daughter’s side.  Our life is wrapped around our daughter’s diagnosis and all the burdens that come with it. Thank you so much for giving my wife and me a moment to breathe. This meant so much to us.”

Thank you,

“My son, L., passed away in March….I was able to get out of the hospital for a few hours and receive some needed pampering…..I do appreciate that you are trying to help out parents because taking care of an ill child really is like a difficult full time job.”

“My husband and I wanted to thank you for a wonderful night out.  Your organization sent us out to see a Broadway show 'Wicked' and then to a wonderful dinner at Carmines restaurant in the city."

"Our daughter J. was diagnosed with a brain tumor and the age of 2 1/2.  She is currently 5 years old now.  She has been through so much and we never left her side. She underwent 18 months of chemo and the 4 months in Boston for the radiation she needed.  While there, she had some complications and had to be put into a medically induced and coma and then trached. We finally game home and tried to go back to normal. We still have a long road ahead but for now things are good."

" My husband and I have not had a date night in at least 2 1/2 years and just wanted to say thank you for giving us a night of normalcy."
